Privacy
What we keep, and what we don't.
Plain English, no legal fog. If anything here is unclear, send us a message and ask.
Who we are
The AI Tool Guys LLC, Indiana, USA. This page covers theaitoolguys.com.
What we collect when you use the form
Exactly what you type: the areas you pick, the suggestions you pick, your own words, your name and email, and, if you give them, your organization, phone number and who sent you.
Nothing is saved until you press Send. We do not store your IP address or browser details with your message.
What we do with it
We read it, email it to ourselves, and reply. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a list.
Where it lives and who handles it
Your message is stored on our server at Fly.io (United States), with backups at Tigris. The notification email goes through Resend. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your connection data to tell people from bots (see Cloudflare's privacy policy).
It is read by one person, in a password-protected area of this site.
How long we keep it
Two years after our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
Analytics
We use Plausible, hosted in the EU, to count visits. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address, and only counts pages and form steps in aggregate. That is why there is no cookie banner. See Plausible's data policy.
To exclude yourself, use the button below. It sets a flag in this browser only and can be undone the same way.
The button below needs JavaScript. Without it, no analytics script runs in this browser.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, send us a message through this site and say so. We'll do it within 30 days. To opt out of analytics, use the button above.
